All in-stock orders are processed and shipped out immediately. If you select USPS or UPS shipping, processing time is 5 – 14 days. If delivery truck is required, there is a 4 week minimum processing time. Estimated processing time applies unless another estimated delivery date is specified at point of purchase.
For Custom Orders, Castle Design Interiors cannot guarantee a waiting time, most custom items will arrive in approximately 4 - 6 months from initial purchase. Shipping policies on marble gazebos, fountains and statuary may vary according to source, detail and availability of materials. If shipping time is of great concern, please inquire about your situation specifically at the time of the transaction. Lengthy shipping times do not entitle the customer to return the items for a refund or cancellation.
Estimated arrival time may be extended due to any unforeseen natural disasters or acts of God. If the customer adds additional items to be shipped together, the shipping times may be extended. All items shipped by 3rd parties are insured and tracking numbers will be provided to customers via e-mail whenever possible.

Returns:
Due to the unique nature of Castle Design Interiors’
merchandise any returns are only eligible for store credit. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Order cancellation must occur before taking receipt of items and within 48 hours of payment or prior to shipment.
Castle Design Interiors reserves the right to refuse any return whether made via a 3rd-party carrier, our trucks, or carried home by customer. In cases where it is deemed acceptable, return must be arranged (via fax or e-mail) within 7 days
of taking delivery of the item, and all items must be returned to the showroom within 15 days after return is approved by Castle Design Interiors. Subject to our sole discretion any items returned must be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
Original shipping charges on any and all items are non-refundable once items are shipped. We highly recommend customer inspection of all items upon delivery. Any damage to the item must be reported via email or fax within 24 hours of accepting delivery. Any other damages are assumed to be damage after client possession. Castle Design Interiors reserves the right to replace the item or arrange for repairs, rather than refund the customer.
Store credit amounts stay on record for up to 180 days from initial purchase. After 180 days, the customer forfeits all rights to credit.
